But still, how can you uninstall a program that does not even show up in your programs list? So I conducted a search for "Silverlight" in my programs list and it came back with 0 (zero) results (although it does show on my computer that Silverlightģ2-bit was a successful download). So I went to my programs list to uninstall Silverlightįrom my computer and neither "Silverlight" NOR "Microsoft Silverlight" was even displayed in my programs list. I've successfully downloaded Silverlight 32-bit and then went to see if I could download Netflix movies and it STILL told me that I could not download or stream movies unless I downloaded Silverlight 64-bit.
(1) Download the 32-bit version of Silverlight, or, (2) Uninstall and RE-install Silverlight. "Your operating system does not support the 64-bit version of Silverlight." I read the forums from people who've had the same problem and the solution was to do 1 of 2 things: I signed up for Netflix and tried to download Silverlight and instantly received an error message that read:
